Lunch and Golom

I met Julie and her friend, Aude, near the Marche for lunch. They grabbed a hotdog from a bakery and we headed back to the church. I enjoyed my leftover quiche and they enjoyed their hotdog baked into a pastry. For dessert we had a munchkin size doughnut filled with Nutella, the French are really into their Nutella. I guess I might as well enjoy it as when I got back to the USA I really am going to cut chocolate back out of my life…goodbye chocolate…

Her friend is very nice and we chatted about differences between Americans and French and then headed toward the headband stand. They were telling me how all of their friends were leaving, goodbye dresses, goodbye shoes, and I smiled as they were sad to see them being packed away. Julie asked me what I was going to do for the afternoon and I told her that I think I will head to Golem. I know that it was not right, but it was the closest thing I could think of; thanks Lord of the Rings! Anyway, they figured out that I meant Glanum and offered to drop me off. I accepted the ride and we rushed to the car as their lunch hour was almost up.
