Bad Worishofen's Steigenberger

We got to the hotel without any more car problem (thank you!) and laughed at the fact that the GPS did not even bother trying to pronounce the name of these streets. The town that we are in is very small but became popular due to the healing powers of the water. As it is said, some guy had health issues and his son went to this town to look for help and answers. He heard the water heals people and sure enough it helped his father too. Now this is a total spa town, made for retreats. It is beautiful, quaint, and Bavarian!

I would like to take a minute to talk about the hotel, Steigenberger. This place is amazing! Perhaps it is due to being in hostels for the last month and a half or something but it is half extravagant casino, half luxurious spa. The bathroom in the bedroom is larger than some of the rooms that I had been staying in.

The view is overlooking a large garden where people walk as it had lots of walking and bike trails. There are about four pools (all different temperatures, including a saltwater pool) and about 5 aroma therapy rooms. I am sure this will be a fabulous stay!
