Goodbye St. Sulpice

Like I said before, I cannot believe that my time here is over. I think that I came here at the perfect time, the home cooking and hospitality that I was shown really made me feel ready to continue with my adventures. I cannot say enough about Fanny and Christian, they are amazing. I appreciate all that they showed me, taught me, introduced me to (comte cheese), guided me to, and the fact that they allowed me to enter their home and become a part of their everyday life. I truly hope that they come to visit me, if they are ever traveling the US nearby. If I get placed nearby with tutoring, I can come back to visit or they said they might take a trip so we will keep in touch.

Regrets: I did not get a picture with them! I thought it rude while they were working and I wanted to tonight when we walked but no walk happened. Due to the bad night of sleep last night, everyone turned in early and we skipped the walk :(

Funnies: On the way from Toulouse to St. Sulpice today I got onto the bus after some teenage boys. I told the driver I was going to "Saint Sulpeece." About an hour later, I just so happened to be getting off the bus with the same group of boys. They were in front of me and when I got off I heard them say "SainT Sulpeece" with giggles. When I got back to the house I asked Christian how to say it "san sulpeece," he enunciated. It made me laugh and think of my students...I do miss them.

I would not have changed the location, timing, conversations, trips, information, or people one bit. I loved my stay at "san sulpeece."
